Robert "Bob" was appointed to the District Board in 2010 and has served as Vice-Chairman since 2012.

Carl Scott

Treasurer

Carl currently serves as Treasuer.  He was elected to the District Board in 2015.

Skeet Winstead

Member

Skeet is an elected member of the District Board and has served since 2012 and he has been a faithful and active member of the conservation team since 1986, utilizing his talents to construct educational exhibits, fair booths, assisting with field days and other educational events and in general promoting conservation when and where he finds the opportunity.  He not only talks the talk, he walks the walk on his cattle farming operation.  Always striving to be a good steward.
