Vina Winstead

District Secretary

Vina has been working for the District since 1984 so conservation is in her blood.  She is the office administrator and also carries out the District's education program.  She and her husband own and operate a beef cattle operation on their farm in the southeast corner of Williamson County.

Treasurer

Carl currently serves as Treasuer.  He was elected to the District Board in 2015.

Skeet Winstead

Member

Skeet is an elected member of the District Board and has served since 2012 and he has been a faithful and active member of the conservation team since 1986, utilizing his talents to construct educational exhibits, fair booths, assisting with field days and other educational events and in general promoting conservation when and where he finds the opportunity.  He not only talks the talk, he walks the walk on his cattle farming operation.  Always striving to be a good steward.
